Dr. Jai Vaughn is a visionary brand architect, creative executive, Billboard-charting artist, and faith-driven thought leader helping leaders, creatives, and organizations build platforms that influence culture and create global impact.
With more than 25 years of experience across music, media, ministry, branding, and entrepreneurship, Jai has become the strategist behind some of today’s most influential voices. Through her agency, Vaughntage Point Media Group, she has helped shape brands, build teams, and produce culture-shifting content for leaders such as Joyce Meyer, Real Talk Kim, and Dr. Jamal Harrison Bryant, where she currently serves as Brand Manager & Lead Producer of the hit podcast Let’s Be Clear.
A Grammy and Dove Award nominee, Christian Hip Hop Hall of Fame inductee, and Billboard-charting artist, Jai’s career began in music but quickly expanded into storytelling, media production, and brand strategy. She has collaborated with Grammy-winning artists including Lecrae, Kirk Franklin, Kierra “Kiki” Sheard, Donnie McClurkin, and Mary Mary, using music as a vehicle to inspire faith, healing, and purpose.
Beyond the stage and studio, Jai is a TEDx speaker, John Maxwell Leadership Coach, and Genius Zone strategist who helps pastors, entrepreneurs, creatives, and women rediscover their voice and build brands rooted in purpose rather than performance.
Her leadership journey is deeply personal. A third-generation ordained minister who has served as an Executive Pastor, Creative Pastor, Women's Pastor and Global Worship Pastor, Jai understands the intersection of faith, leadership, and culture. After navigating a life-altering divorce and rebuilding her life and career in Atlanta, she now speaks openly about resilience, reinvention, and the courage it takes to begin again.
